Standard Delivery 

Orders deliver within 2-7 business days to most Canadian addresses. We ship via UPS or Canada Post, and are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.  We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier for rural or remote locations, which may extend delivery timelines.

  • Orders placed by 1pm PT/ 4pm ET Monday to Friday will ship next business day.  

  • Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship by Tuesday.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Expedited UPS 2 Day Delivery

We offer upgraded 2 day shipping via UPS to major cities and urban centres where available. To find out if UPS offers 2 day shipping in your area, please visit www.ups.ca

Returns

At Cutter & Buck, we’re proud of the products we sell. If you have a question or concern regarding an item that was purchased on CutterBuck.ca, please contact us at help@CutterBuck.com or by calling 1-800-713-7810.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased at CutterBuck.ca within 30 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise must include all tags and packaging, and be in its original, saleable condition.

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Box your item with all original tags and packaging

  2. Include the packing slip from your original order, and circle the returned products.

  3. Write your order number and the word ‘RETURN’ on the outside of box

  4. Download your prepaid Canada Post return label at the link below. When asked for your Canada Post Return ID number, please enter your order number. https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/prse/label?policyId=PR199301&LOCALE=en

A flat rate $10 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our Canada Post option. You may also send in a return by the insured carrier of your choice, if you wish. All Canadian returns are to be shipped to:

Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited at the purchased price in the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Goods returned in unsaleable condition will be subject to a processing fee to be determined by Cutter & Buck, based on the condition of the returned products.

Damaged/Defective Goods

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase.
